Heal thyself and do no harm align well with her field’s of study and equally so to Hayward’s consulting practice. This speaks to self-knowledge as a base from which to act and communicate authentically.

Strong foundations for positive mental health are built through self-knowing and awareness, both can help you weigh life’s options and more effectively chart your course, particularly in times of uncertainty.

This premise of understanding the deeper part of one’s self, what motivates us, our challenges, and the gifts or traits that are part of our character, is one that Hayward has built her own life around.

From her early years when her favourite bedtime stories were the Libra child, the Pisces sibling and the Capricorn parent, throughout her teen years when classmates affectionately deemed her “most remembered for astrology,” then into her adult years, astrology (& yoga) were tool’s she used to deepen her self-awareness and enhance her understanding of the people and diverse circumstances that surrounded her.

Hayward’s formal studies in western astrology started in the year 2000 with the Canadian Association for Astrological Education, Canada’s only accredited astrological program of academic study. During this intensive program she studied under the mentorship of Joan Gibbins, a founding member of the C.A.A.E and a renowned astrologer. Hayward also mentored under Janet Markham, Donna Van Toen, and Milda Sakic and began incorporating her own practice of professional astrology into her consulting services as of 2008.

Regan continues her academic education with a focus on Counselling Astrology with the Faculty of Astrological Studies, Exeter College at Oxford and is slated to complete the program in 2027.

As of June 2025, Regan was elected to serve as the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Astrology Toronto Incorporated. Historically, she has held a Director seat on the Board for the Canadian Association for Astrological Education, for which she now serves as a Teacher. Additionally, she was awarded speaking opportunities presenting western astrology workshops at SOTA – State of the Art Astrology Conferences in Niagara Falls, New York.

Her regard and respect for a conversational process which helps people to ‘create agency’ for themselves, makes her service atmosphere authentic and induces comfortability to contemplate character and life strategies.

Chaotic times, the unknown, life’s changes, and personal loss are part of life. But learning to find and maintain our best selves through such times is something Hayward does mindfully and with much success.

The intuitive flow of her consulting style comes from skills honed through years of study and practice. Hayward’s incisive intellect and dynamic synthesis of the astrological climates, can cut through to the core of a situation.

Surrounded by a lifetime of decisions and choices, this type of personhood support can aid you in becoming master of your universe and mistress of yourself. Are you ready to meet yourself?

Hayward’s current involvement within the astrological community includes her memberships with Astrology Toronto, the Canadian Association for Astrological Education and the International Society for Astrological Research; her on-going research projects and the astrological study groups which she convenes.
